Quizlet - revision tools and flashcards

Quizlet is an excellent free tool for creating revision activities for our students and has been very successful in lots of Middle School classes.

You can quickly search and find revision cards that other people have created, or sign in to create and share you own sets. The best use of Quizlet is for terminology and it has been really popular with our language students as they develop vocabulary or to activate prior learning. • Search and find sets that others have created
• Merge and edit sets that cater to your students
• Share sets with your class via a link or create a Quizlet classroom
• Invite students to your classroom and track student progress
• Ask students to create flashcards then share them to the class.
• Play with different formats; flashcards, learn, speller, spacerace and test.
• Add images to your flashcard sets using the simple search button
• Change languages for the flashcards and click on the audio button to have them read out.
